OEKO-TEX.

OEKO-TEX certification is an international system for testing and verifying the absence of harmful substances in textile products. ZDHC.

ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) certification is a global initiative that aims to eliminate the emission of hazardous chemicals in the textile and footwear industry. To obtain this certification, manufacturers and suppliers must adopt environmentally friendly production processes, use safe chemicals and comply with ZDHC standards. Joining the ZDHC initiative requires implementing best practices, training staff and collaborating with other companies to promote sustainability in the sector.

INDITEX requirements.

The requirements requested by Inditex concern quality, sustainability and ethical compliance. Suppliers must comply with local and international regulations, adhere to the Inditex Code of Conduct, ensure the use of sustainable materials and ensure safe and ethical working conditions. Furthermore, they must undergo regular checks and audits to ensure compliance with these requirements.

Legality Rating.

The legality rating is an evaluation system aimed at rewarding companies that adopt ethical behavior and comply with current regulations. Assigned by the Competition and Market Authority (AGCM), the rating is based on a score of one to three stars, indicating the company's compliance with the principles of transparency, social responsibility and good management. To achieve this, businesses must demonstrate legal and sustainable practices and processes.
